Publicis is old

Publicis took out pages of ad space in the most recent Advertising Age. Within the special section there are various "congrats" ads from Publicis clients wishing them a happy anniversary and thanking them for their creative thinking. I'm wondering - did Publicis (or one of its agencies) design these ads? 'Cause that would be kinda funny.
